Are you ready to step into a dynamic role that combines attention to detail, hands-on tasks, and customer service? Join our Mosgiel team as a Vinning Assistant / Customer Service Officer and help ensure the smooth and efficient certification of vehicles while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare client documentation for VIN and certification processes.
• Collect vehicle data for compliance and processing.
• Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
• Make and fit VIN plates as required.
• Provide daily support as a Customer Service Officer, assisting internal and external customers during scheduled breaks.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum NCEA Level 2 or equivalent
• Mechanically minded or experienced in vehicle component removal and refitment
• A clean driver's license is essential.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
