Customer Service Officer - Rolleston

This is a full-time role, working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm and rostered Saturdays.

We are Vehicle Inspection NZ, but you can call us VINZ. We are a team of leading vehicle inspection specialists with a real passion for what we do. To be successful

You will have 3+ years of administrative and some general accounts experience, customer service ability, sound computing skills and an eagle eye for detail! And if you've had experience in using the NZTA MVR system, or experience in a data entry role, then we'd love to hear from you!

Industry knowledge would be good but not essential as training will be given. What is important is a customer-first approach, exceptional communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively and flexibly
