Your day to day will be....

As a Supervising Vehicle Inspector at VINZ, you'll play a key role in ensuring vehicle compliance and safety. You'll provide technical guidance, support, and training to both customers and team members, leveraging your expertise to coach staff and enhance their skills. With a focus on vehicle inspection processes, you'll oversee certifications, use your leadership to drive high-quality outcomes, and advocate for road safety. This is a hands-on role where your ability to lead, collaborate, and maintain technical standards will directly contribute to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our customers.

What you'll bring:

• Ideally, NZTA COFB and Heavy Entry authorities (or the ability to obtain them).
• Technical know-how and a passion for road safety.
• Leadership skills or the drive to step into a leadership role.
